The granulation molding system section adopts 3 sets (sets) of dry roller press granulator equipment developed by our company for briquetting and granulation production (the design and production capacity of briquettes is 84,000 tons / year), the process is relatively novel, and the granulation The rate is high, and the production process is continuous and closed.
The production process of briquetting and granulation: the pulverized coal powder prepared in the upstream section is evenly fed into the feeding system of the roller briquetting granulator, and rolled under a certain pressure to produce a uniform block shape. Raw materials, block-shaped materials are crushed, screened and other processes to obtain activated carbon granular raw materials that meet the requirements, and then enter the downstream carbonization and activation section to produce qualified activated carbon products.
