Two sets of rotary drum sulfur granulation molding systems were successfully put into operation at 9:19 on September 19, 2020!
After years of research, development, design and manufacture of the third-generation rotary drum sulfur granulation complete equipment system, our company was successfully put into use at 9:19 on September 19, 2020, in the "Product Structure In the "optimization and supporting 150,000 tons/year sulfur recovery unit project", the start-up and commissioning of the first batch of materials was successful! (The sulfur recovery unit was designed by Zhenhai Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd. and Maoming Ruipai Petrochemical Engineering Co., Ltd.).
This time, two sets of 25t/h rotary drum sulfur granulation molding system were successfully commissioned and commissioned. This is the project designed and contracted by China Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd. since this year. Methanol technical transformation project "Sulfur granulation molding conveying system (1 set each) (successfully commissioned in January 2020); China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. designed "Yanzhou Coal Industry Yulin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. sulfur recovery system optimization and ultra-low emission Key technology research and application project "Sulfur forming, ton bag packaging system (1 set each) (successfully commissioned in April 2020); China Tianchen Engineering Co., Ltd. design general contracting project "Shaanxi Future Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. Coal-to-oil Branch Sulfur Recovery System optimization and ultra-low emission key technology research and application project "Rotary sulfur granulation molding system (2 sets) (successfully commissioned in May 2020); China Petroleum Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. Southwest Branch designed "PetroChina Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant Sulfur granulator and weighing system adaptive transformation project of the Wanzhou branch of the factory "Sulfur granulation molding, ton bag packaging system", the general contracting project (one set each) designed by Sanpu for supply and installation (July 2020 Successful monthly commissioning); Kunming Nonferrous Metallurgy Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. designed the "9X104t/a sulfur recovery unit rotary drum sulfur forming system and packaging machine system (1 set each) in the lead-zinc smelting project of Hulunbuir Chihong Mining Co., Ltd. ( Another major start-up and commissioning project after the successful start-up and commissioning in August 2020.
