A few days ago, Karamay Petrochemical Company 4000 tons/year sulfur recovery plant sulfur molding packaging machine commissioning successfully, which for the normal production of the sulfur plant liquid sulfur molding packaging is ready.
The 4,000 tons/year sulfur recovery unit is one of the new installations of the company this year, with a budget investment of 29 million yuan. The main processes include sulfur recovery, tail gas treatment, liquid sulfur molding and packaging, etc. Sulfur molding and packaging machine is one of the main equipment of this device. The set of sulfur molding and packaging machine produced by Nanjing Sanpu Company, fully automated operation, used for sulfur granulation molding and packaging, is currently used for sulfur molding and packaging more advanced machine.
In order to ensure the smooth implementation of packaging production after the newly built sulfur drive, the desulfurization workshop of the company introduced 20 tons of finished sulfur into the liquid sulfur tank to heat the sulfur to simulate the actual production of sulfur in the future. Under the guidance of the technical personnel of the manufacturer, the sulfur molding and packaging machine was repeatedly adjusted, and finally achieved success.
