Product Description
Working Principle:
Spread the hot-melt material from the previous process on the lower steel belt that moves at a constant velocity through a granulator distributing device (right figure) and continuous spray and cooling devices are set under the steel belt, forcing the material on the steel belt to cool and solidify rapidly in the process of moving, so as to achieve the goal of granulating and molding. According to physical properties and operating requirements, the distributing device can produce hemispherical, strip and sheet products in the forms of intermittent dropping, continuous strip and full-width overflow.
Application Scope:
This series of device is applicable to various materials needing condensing granulation, strip pelletizing or cooling into flakes and fragmentizing within 250 ℃. Typical application materials include: sulfur, paraffin wax, resin, asphalt, maleic anhydride, partial anhydride, stearic acid products, thermosol, organic intermediates, compound fertilizer, rubber and plastics, and many other additives products.
This series of device can also be widely used in the rapid cooling process of powdered materials and pastry and ball-shaped materials, for example, emulsion explosive matrix, crystal matrix and sodium fluoride.
Main Advantages:
● Reduce dust, improve the operating environment, operate continuously and improve production efficiency; granules are neat and clean and commodity value is enhanced.
● Transfer heat with a thin steel belt and forced spray cooling are adopted to make the hot-melt materials cool, solidify and shape up rapidly.
● The reversing and bending of the steel belt at the discharge end make the junction surface of the solidified materials and steel belt separate, so that dust is very litter when discharging and the granule shape is protected well.
● Both the steel belt and the distributor adopt VVVF, so they can be adjusted and controlled conveniently according to the production capacity, environmental conditions and physical properties.

To the direct granulation process, external rotation, internal rotation, reciprocating and shock excitation types of distribution forms can be selected; to the fragmentation process of condensing flakes, gate type, tube type and multiple-roller compaction distribution forms can be selected; and to the cooling process of solid powder, vibration distributors can be adopted.
According to physical properties, process and layout demands, double-layer or multiple-layer steel belts can be adopted in the fragmentation process of condensing flakes or the cooling process of pastry and ball-shape materials, so as to reduce equipment footprint and further improve the cooling and heat transfer efficiency.
