Working Principle: Hot wind enters the drying machine from the swirler at the bottom of the drying machine along the tangential direction and generates fast convoluting upcurrent; the materials to be dried are fed into the drying room through the feeder and the block-shaped materials are constantly crushed, dispersed, boiled and dried under the combined action of the high-speed convolutional air current and the stirrer at the bottom. Qualified dried materials are brought out through the outlet on the upper part of the drying machine by the air flow and the dry finished products are obtained through trapping. Materials with too large particles or high humidity are stopped by the grading weir plate on the upper part of the drying room and are further dried in the drying room until they are brought out by the air flow.
Application Range: With wide application range, the machine not only can dry cohesive pasty materials but also can dry non-pasty materials. It is especially applicable to drying cake-shaped materials filtered by plate-and-frame filter presses. Representative application materials: white carbon black, argil, bromamine acid, dyes, pigments, titanium dioxide, starch, etc.
The machine integrates the crushing, dispersing, fluidized drying, pneumatic drying and grading of materials and has the characteristics of continuous operation, multiple functions and simple and short process flows.
With wide application range, the machine not only can dry cohesive pasty materials but also can dry non-pasty materials. According to material properties, charging mechanisms with different characteristics are configured to ensure continuous, stable and reliable drying process.
Filter cake is not required to be added with water and pulped. It is directly fed into the drying room to be dried, so that the drying method saves more than 30% energy when compared with the traditional spray drying.
The materials stay in the drying room for a short time and the staying time is autoregulative. The machine is especially suitable for drying thermal sensitive materials.
