产品概述： The machine uses a pair of non-driving meshing gear as extrusion parts. Its working principle is positive displacement continuous extrusion. There are corresponding cylindrical through-holes in dedendum. The core of gear is hollow. Cylindrical through-holes directly connect with hollow part of the core from the dedendum. With the synchronous counter-rotating revolution, materials between two gears are uniformly filled in the tooth space while addendum of a gear forces materials inside the tooth space to the apertures at the dedendum, and extrudes the materials from inner wall of the core of the hollow gear. There is a slicer in the inner wall to cut strips of the materials, thus obtaining cylindrical particles with uniform length. The machine is widely applied to granulation of more materials with high strength of particles and uniform length. The particles are cylindrical, and diameter of the particles ranges between 2.0 to 8.0 mm, with granulation rate of higher than or equal to 95%.
