产品概述： Various kinds of dry powder materials are fed from the top of the granulator, and enter into double roll after being degassed and spirally pre-pressed. With the action of big extrusion force of double roll, the materials produce plastic deformation, and are compressed into dense massive materials or flakes in the required shape. After being crushed, pelletized, and screened, the flakes of the materials are developed into particles satisfying particle size requirements. The pastille shape of the massive materials is determined by the concave specially processed by the roll surface of roller. After flash and powder carried is removed by screening, the particles can be directly packed or stored. Extrusion force between two rollers can be adjusted by adjusting pressure of hydrocylinder according to the demand of granulation.
